An all levels circuit training workout class is held on Sundays at 10am. Check out our new Barbells and Weightlifting class on Wednesdays at 7pm. Both classes are held in Mid-City.


$5-20 sliding scale per class for drop-in

$50 for 5 class pass

$100 for a 10 class pass

$150 for unlimited monthly classes and 1 personal training session
