5 exercise mats
10 PVC pipes for shoulder mobility stretches (approximately 6 feet in length, 3/4″ or 1″ in diameter; can be purchased at home hardware store like Home Depot)
1 set of 15# dumbbells
1 set of 20# dumbbells
1 set of 25# dumbbells
wall balls (2-10#, 2-14#, 2-20#)
5 jump ropes
3 plyometric boxes
resistance bands (2-3 per size)
12 lacrosse balls (red, blue, or orange preferably)
6 foam rollers
Interval timer and wall clock
gym equipment wipes
