Roldiboi Fitness provides the following:
Group classes (check out class schedule!)
- Sundays at 10am in Mid City. All levels circuit training workout.
- Wednesdays at 7pm in Mid City. Intermediate Barbell and Weightlifting class.
One on One Coaching and Personal Training
- Sessions can be done in person at my space, over Skype, or at your home.
