“Roldiboi Fitness has been such a healing and fun experience. I have had a hard time staying motivated at gyms feeling self conscious not knowing a lot about weight training and not feeling comfortable in locker rooms as a transguy that is often read as female but not femme presenting. Coach Roldi brings qtpoc together of different fitness levels and goals which makes the space super affirming for a qtpoc person. Also who doesn’t love working out to Beyoncé and Rihanna while getting strong and fit!”
Roldiboi Fitness is built around a commitment to and practice of interdependence, community resource sharing, self love, and body positivity.
The intention of Roldiboi Fitness is to be a positive and affirming, accessible, social justice community building space that centers those who are marginalized within traditional fitness spaces, particularly trans and gender nonconforming people and people of all body sizes.
Roldiboi Fitness is an affirming space for all genders, bodies, and abilities with a focus on queer and trans people of color in the LA area.Through group workouts and personal coaching, Roldiboi Fitness seeks to create community, healing, and wellness for queer and trans people, particularly queer and trans people of color.
