Announcing NEW! Class and Schedule

Thank you so much to those of you who filled out the brief questionnaire and survey. Of the current 40 + members of Roldiboi Fitness, there were close to 20 respondents. Members are defined as anyone who has attended a class or participates in personal training sessions.
It was incredibly helpful to see what you are looking for from my classes and what you’ve gained so far! Based on your feedback, we’re trying out a new schedule and class for April and May.
The NEW schedule for April and May will be the following:
Sundays at 10am:All levels circuit training workout.There will be a 20 minute circuit workout along with group stretching and a warm up. We will use a mix of free weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls), battle ropes, jump ropes, and bodyweight exercises. Focus of these classes are to work on a mix of endurance and strength based training. Class will be limited to 8 participants.
Wednesdays at 7pm: 6 week Barbell and Weightlifting class. This class will be focused on strength and technique around movements like bench press, push press, deadlift, and squats. Depending on the interest of the group, we may end with a short interval workout but the key purpose is to work on learning technique and gaining strength. This is intended to be a more advanced level class and will build upon each class. Please try to commit to a minimum of 3 classes in a row to help build momentum between classes and advance your own learning/practice. If you can attend all 6, even better (and preferred)! If this won’t work for you, let me know. Class will be limited to 8 participants. 
Both classes will take place in Mid City.
Sundays at 10am

Wednesdays at 7pm
*Please note: There will NOT be class on 4/27
Please feel free to email or text me with any questions you may have or to RSVP for as many classes as you like! 
And if it helps you stay accountable and show up to classes more regularly, feel free to buy a class pass for whatever number of classes you would like to commit to! Classes are $5-$15 sliding scale.
