Welcome to Roldiboi Fitness!


My name is Ryan Li aka Coach Roldi. I’m so excited about launching this new page and community resource. In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing stretches, videos, workouts, recipes, and stories about fitness, health, and wellness. My hope is that Roldiboi Fitness programming and this site will become a community building space and resource for QTPOC (queer and trans people of color) and allies.
